From first contact to first container — here's how ZUNO OEM partnerships work.
Initial Inquiry
Contact our export team with your product requirements, target market, and estimated annual volume.
NDA & Qualification
We sign an NDA if required and share our OEM capability presentation. You'll receive a factory audit report on request.
Sample Development
We produce custom samples to your specification — colour, texture, length, and branding. Typically 2–3 weeks.
Sample Approval
You test and approve samples. We finalise specifications in a written Product Specification Sheet.
First Order & Production
Place your first bulk order. Production starts immediately with your dedicated ZUNO export manager.
Quality Check & Shipment
Pre-shipment inspection on every batch. Shipping documents prepared. Container loaded and dispatched.

Container Loading & Shipping
ZUNO manages FCL and LCL shipments to any destination port. We work with freight forwarders and can consolidate orders where possible.
