Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We send physical samples worldwide via DHL or FedEx. Sample lead time is 3–5 business days from payment of sample cost (refundable on first bulk order).
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies by product. PU Foam panels start from 500 m², EPS panels from 300 m². Contact us for your specific requirement — we may be able to accommodate smaller first orders.
Do you offer OEM / private label?
Yes. We offer full private label service including custom branding, packaging, and proprietary colour development. Minimum quantities apply for OEM.
What countries do you export to?
We currently export to Australia, New Zealand, USA, UK, Canada, Middle East, and various Southeast Asian markets. We can ship to any country with proper export documentation.
What certifications do your products have?
ZUNO holds ISO 9001:2015 quality certification. We can provide CO Form B (Vietnam origin), third-party test reports, and other documents required for import compliance.
How long does production take?
Standard production lead time is 15–25 working days from order confirmation and deposit payment. Urgent orders may be accommodated depending on capacity.
